I need to ask a question so your were the random person i picked. Just wanted to know if i am allowed to use the Algae Scrubbing technology modified in an experimental design i have at Uni. Now do i need a patent or can any one do this, because it seems a ton of aquarium hobbyist are using it.?
There are patents on various types of things related to algae scrubbers and other similar things like photo bio reactors, etc. It's best to do your own research and find out if what you are planning on developing infringes on someone else's intellectual property.
