Some results, for anyone who can decode this...I downloaded all of the lasted published documents resulting from the examination and bound them together in a single PDF. Not quite a clear as the PCT reviews.
Looks like he's got his patent, issue notification sent last week and it's on google http://www.google.com/patents/US20130233779 Patents aren't very easy to get so good for him, it's quite an accomplishment no matter who it is.
