Vertical scrubber

    Hey Bud,

    Silly question.... have you thought of making a vertical scrubber? Just wondering as I have a sump cabinet with plenty of height vertically but not much room horizontally.

    Currently the great L2 does take up a fair bit and wondering if for example, I flipped the L2 on it's side (theoretically) and had entry at top and exit at bottom, would this work?

    The heat sinks would be the same just flipped but I take it the water level at bottom exit would be too small?

    Just a half drunk thought :)

    that's the opposite problem compared to what most people have, so no, not really. Though your idea would be better for overflow-fed systems.
