Good video, the only exception I would make is to not use just sandpaper to rough up the screen. That's a decent first stage, I use a wire brush crimp attachment on a drill at low/med speed (which gets the shine off, deep into the holes) and then a saw blade in 1" concentric circles, gets your screen much rougher
The blade I use in the video above is a Stanley sharp-tooth wood saw blade. It has sharp pointed teeth that tear up the material and leave it prickly, similar to using a hole saw except it doesn't easily snag and tear the canvas.
