  1. So I have been running my DIY Scrubber for around 3 months. I am still not getting the Green stuff I see on everyone else's scrubbers...

Why is that? Not enough light?

My tank is Fallow right now, I am waiting to get my fish in until first week of Sept but I am feeding a cube a day to the tank

Feeding an empty tank vs feeding fish could be part of the issue - decomp vs digestion, 2 slightly different processes (no urea without digestion).

But, I think...more information is needed:

    Tank size / system volume
    scrubber size LxW
    flow (GPH/in)
    Lighting
    Photoperiod
    Cleaning frequency
    Cleaning aggresiveness

    And pictures!

Sometimes new tanks can take several months before hair algae appears (in tank or scrubber).
I've experienced this myself. Do you have hair algae elsewhere in your tank? If not, it may just be a matter of waiting. If you do, I'd say it's an issue with your scrubber (lighting/flow etc).
