DIY Scrubber.

    Hi everybody.
    My scrubber is up and running for 24hrs now. I got some colour on it after ~12hrs,a brown with a tint of green,or so it seems to me. Dim. are 12/20cm,enough for 3 cubes/day. Lights are 2x20W led flood lights,6500 K,maybe not the best choice,but they were just lying around and I thought I should give them a go. Will post some pics later.

    That's a good start! I would try to add something over the top of the pipe to block the light from getting to the slot, when algae starts growing in there, you will inevitably get a "streamer" - water spraying sideways.

    I made a light blocker from a larger pvc pipe that snaps on the slot pipe.
