   There is an update to vBulletin that addresses this issue. It is a full version upgrade, so I need to shut down, backup, disable plugins, etc...takes about an hour or so.
   
   In the meantime, stop using IE10. People don't write viruses for Chrome or Firefox anyways.

   I have IE11 on my home PC so I can't check IE10 but I'm guessing that it works now
