I recently picked up a 100 gallon corner tank It&#039;s about a 10 year old tank that he said was professionally maintained, and I&#039;m certain he didn&#039;t maintian it cause he seemed to have no idea on how the thing actually ran. - I estimate it&#039;s got about 75 lbs of live rock, a half a dozen smaller fish by far the largest is a blue tank about 4&quot; long, and perhaps 15-20 lbs sand.<br />

Thanks for adding me to the L2 waiting list.    I like to describe my setup and get a some feedback from you or anyone on his forum as to whether the L2 is sufficient enough for my system. <br />
<br />
Main tank: 90 gallon tank with a single Lifereef overflow pre-filter box.  <br />
<br />
Sump: 40 gallon long with 4 chambers.  <br />
Chamber 1:mecahnical filters with polyfil<br />
chamber 2 &amp; 3: 10L of Seachem pond Matrix and 3 100ml bags of Seachem Purigen.  Chamber 4: Mag 9.5 pump. <br />

This is a question for the exploring options section or fit section.  I have a fresh water tank and have signed up on the L2.  I wondering if I needed to feed the fish more than 2 cubes per day could I just clean it more than once per week?  I have 2 rams, 11 cories, 3 lemon tetras, 4 neons in about 75+ gallons. Silly question.... have you thought of making a vertical scrubber? Just wondering as I have a sump cabinet with plenty of height vertically but not much room horizontally.<br />

Currently the great L2 does take up a fair bit and wondering if for example, I flipped the L2 on it&#039;s side (theoretically) and had entry at top and exit at bottom, would this work?<br />
<br />
The heat sinks would be the same just flipped but I take it the water level at bottom exit would be too small?<br />

What if you sold algae scrubber units with the screen already broken in with growth?  I am not sure if it is okay to ship that because it would be shipping something biological but it would be neat to be able to buy a turbo scrubber and pull the already greened screen from a plastic bag and throw it in right away.<br />

I&#039;m currently feeding a cube every other day and have continued issues with nitrates and phosphates no matter the skimming, filter media of GFO and Purigen, and make shift refugium. I&#039;m interested in your L2 scrubber for my ZeoVit SPS system. Currently, most of my SPS are dead from exposure to heavy metals (leaking magnet) and I have not been happy with the ZV system as I haven&#039;t found a balance, my system has been running so lean on available nutrients that corals are always pale and growth is anemic.<br />

I have tried all sorts of tweaks to the system, lower flow over the Zeoliths, heavily increased fish feedings, as well as coral type foods such as homemade...<br />

I swapped out my skimmer for one of the surf2&#039;s since I liked the simplicity of the UAS models but the air pump required to drive it sunk my ph to 7.7 during the day due to excessive co2.
